A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced
Junior Sous Chef to join our Kitchen brigade.
As Junior Sous Chef you will be working closely
with our Executive Chef to ensure the smooth running of the Kitchen producing
quality dishes for the Restaurant, Lounge Bar, Private Dining and Room
Service. Our menus are traditional
British with all produce sourced from within the British Isles.
You will be expected to oversee all food preparation,
running the pass and working within the sauce and larder sections as
You will be involved in the training and
development of junior chefs as well as health, hygiene and safety
The successful candidate will be outgoing, able to control
the service and have knowledge of British cuisine as well as being hard working
with a passion for high standards of food quality and the guest experience.
You will need to be able to
provide two previous employment references.
£28,500.00 gross per annum package
