Roast fillet of Peterhead cod with braised red cabbage and parsnip sauce
Roast Norfolk turkey, chestnut stuffing, chipolata and bacon roll,
served with cranberry and bread sauce
Fillet of Castle of Mey beef with savoy cabbage, wild mushrooms and a red wine sauce
