Job Description | We are currently seeking a warm and motivated
individual with a sparkling personality to join our Reception team. The ideal
candidate will be a team player with intuitive customer service skills and a
wish to exceed the guests’ expectations. You may be someone who has previously worked in
food and beverage departments within a hotel who wants to move to rooms
division, of which this role may be an excellent opportunity. You will be responsible for welcoming our guests to The Goring and ensuring a swift and professional check-in and escort to the
guests’ room, with a sincere farewell at the end of their stay with us. In addition you will manage the switchboard,
handle cash and foreign currency as well as dealing with any guest queries,
ensuring that all guest requests are passed to the relevant department and
carried out in full. You will need to be well
organised, able to work with a front office computer system, and have excellent
communication skills. |
Salary | £15,500 gross per annum |
