The Goring celebrates this much-loved English tradition with a creative, delicious Afternoon Tea service.

 

For more than a century, The Goring has been enchanting the spirit of Christmas through the timeless art of Afternoon Tea. As the holder of The British Tea Guild Council’s Top London Afternoon Tea Award and The Award of Excellence, we continue to delight guests with delicious pastries, fruity homemade jams and high quality tea blends. 

Afternoon Tea is served in the luxurious, five-star surroundings of The Veranda every day. On Saturdays you can also enjoy Afternoon Tea in The Dining Room. We also offer a gluten-free tea, which can be requested in advance.  

The Festive Afternoon Tea will be served from 27th November until 2nd January.

Please be advised, the dress code for Afternoon Tea is smart-casual. We kindly request for no sportswear, athletic trainers, shorts or ripped jeans. Ties are not required, however gentlemen are encouraged to wear a jacket over a shirt, which may be removed at the table.
