An evening of spectacle at The Goring
We are thrilled to be hosting an evening of culinary prowess featuring. Over two nights – the 10th and 11th June – The Goring’s Dining Room will celebrate four gastronomic titans – Gareth Baty, Mark O'Brien, Luke Emmess and Caroline Meyer Kerber – with chefs either cooking in the kitchen or joining diners in The Dining Room.
With our very own Executive Chef Graham Squire, the chefs will create a tasting menu with nods to winner Gareth Baty’s Irish ox cheek and crispy sweetbread, a dashi-poached native lobster from Mark O’Brien, Luke Emmess’s Welsh hogget loin and an indulgent chocolate custard tart created by Caroline Meyer Kerber. Alternating evenings in the kitchen, Gareth and Luke will cook on the 10th June while Mark and Caroline take chef duties on the 11th June.
