On 20th May, our Michelin-Starred Dining Room is set to relaunch. Opulent new interiors by Russell Sage Studio will be unveiled, alongside fresh seasonal menus and a revived dining experience. The Goring obligingly serves a feast for the eyes and appetites of guests and local friends alike. 

For the first time in its century-long history, a completely new state-of-the-art kitchen has been fitted for The Dining Room, providing Executive Chef Graham Squire and the team an enlivening space from which to produce the restaurant’s seasonal, ingredient-led and signature British dishes.

Displaying more than five hundred labels from all over the world, our fine wine list ranges from the acclaimed and most renowned estates of Burgundy and Bordeaux, to the smallest vineyards still to be discovered. Our sommelier team will be delighted to guide you, and find the perfect bottle for a memorable and unique dining experience.
