For over a century our food has played a pivotal role in establishing The Goring as one of London’s finest five star luxury hotels. 

 

The Goring’s culinary talents have always been deeply rooted in its mastery of classic British cuisine. This being so it is only natural that our Executive Chef sources ingredients from some of the greatest food producers in the British Isles, be it our Romney Marsh Lamb cutlets or Wester Ross Salmon. We even have our own forager, Miles, who sniffs out truffles and rummages for wild herbs to bring that essential seasoning to our menus. 

 

Before making the cut onto the Goring Menu every ingredient is put through its paces by both Mr Goring and Chef looking for provenance, taste and that added wow factor that has helped establish The Goring as one of the leading culinary master in British cuisine.
