Our rewards incentive programme for agents
Life is Suite with The Goring's rewarding incentive programme - exclusively offered to travel agents who book their clients a stay in one of our truly sumptuous suites.
Any qualifying agent who has previously booked a guest into a Junior Suite, Belgravia Suite or the Royal Suite at The Goring will be invited to join the programme.
Invited agents need to register by emailing [email protected] with their full name, email address, company and office address.
This promotion will run alongside the increased 25% commission that is currently in place for Junior and Belgravia Suite bookings.
REWARDS
Following this registration, agents will qualify for rewards as follows:
A US$100 American Express gift card for a reservation made in a Belgravia Suite
A US$200 American Express gift card for a reservation made in the Royal Suite*
Rewards will be mailed to the travel agent on departure of the guest.
Rewards are not offered for the initial suite reservation that qualifies travel agents entry to the promotion.
If a travel agent makes a reservation through the GDS, they must email [email protected] with details of the booking to claim their reward.
*Alternative gift cards in GBP will be available to the closest denomination against the current exchange rate.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Goring reserves the discretion to invite or restrict further agents to join the incentive.
There is no cash alternative to any element of this promotion.
Rewards cannot be retroactively claimed.
No refunds available and vouchers are non-transferable.
The Goring reserves the right to change and / or terminate the incentive at any time, and to alter the terms and without prior notice.
All entrants must fully comply with the terms and conditions to earn rewards.
All entrants must be 18 years or older.
Entrants must be employed as a travel counsellor.
All entrants’ data will remain private to The Goring and never be shared with any third parties.
