The Goring’s signature cocktails are an homage to people of note. Grandpa Goring liked to order a ‘Garden Negroni’ in the mornings, which updates the timeless classic with Vetiver and Sakura, while a ‘Thank You, Your Majesty’ pays tribute to HRM The King with a dazzling blend of raspberry, yuzu syrup, gin and champagne. Chin-chin and down the hatch.
It is one of the remaining bastions of old school which is proper throughout. The ambiance, the visitors the service and the wine list are truly outstanding
