Siren showcases the best of Cornish produce, with simple seafood dishes of understated brilliance, under the direction of the renowned British chef, Nathan Outlaw. Overlooking The Goring Garden, the restaurant sits in a beautiful pavilion, ensuring that the outdoor and indoor spaces are intrinsically linked throughout the seasons.
The Siren menu offers exquisite dishes such as Cured monkfish, ginger, fennel and yoghurt and Red mullet with devilled shrimp butter and chicory. These sit alongside a wide range of daily specials that reflect the freshest fish available direct from Cornwall each day, such as Lobster grilled over fire with herbs and garlic and Grilled whole monkfish for two to share.
The architecture and interior design for Siren has been led by the inimitable Russell Sage, who has worked with many renowned British designers and craftspeople to create an eccentric, uplifting space, accentuating the impeccably English and perfectly individual feel of this unique hotel.
The perfect choice for a pre-theatre dinner, Siren is ideally situated just five minutes from top West End shows such as Hamilton and Wicked.
Siren is a wonderful addition at The Goring, matching the high level of service and most intimate of atmospheres.
