The holder of a Michelin star since 2015 and three AA Rosettes, The Dining Room offers an impeccable yet enjoyable dining experience.

As part of our commitment to serving the finest British food we source the freshest, highest-quality seasonal ingredients from local suppliers including Rhug Estate salt marsh lamb, Cotswold chicken to Portland crab.

Legendary Goring signature dishes include Beef Wellington, Lobster Omelette and Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth's favourite dish, Eggs Drumkilbo.

Designed by David Linley, The Dining Room is bathed in natural light by day and sumptuously aglow with Swarovski chandeliers at night.

Please be advised, the dress code for The Dining Room is smart-casual. We kindly request for no sportswear, athletic trainers, shorts or ripped jeans. Ties are not required, however gentlemen are encouraged to wear a jacket over a shirt, which may be removed at the table.
