The Dining Room
Where traditional delicious British food triumphs.
Our Michelin-Starred Dining Room has relaunched with the unveiling of opulent new interiors by interior designer, Russell Sage Studio, alongside fresh seasonal menus and a revived dining experience.
The Goring obligingly serves a feast for the eyes and appetites of guests and local friends alike.
For the first time in the hotel's century-long history, a brand new state-of-the-art kitchen has been fitted, providing Executive Chef Graham Squire and his team an enlivening space from which to produce the restaurant’s seasonal, ingredient-led and signature British dishes.
Displaying more than five hundred labels from all over the world, our fine wine list ranges from the acclaimed and most renowned estates of Burgundy and Bordeaux, to the smallest vineyards still to be discovered. Our sommelier will be delighted to guide and help you find the perfect bottle or two!
