Teddy The Shetland's Favourite Martini
The Trottini Cocktail Recipe
Makes one cocktail
- 25ml Beefeater 24 Gin infused Orange
- 25ml Carrot & Sea Buckthorn Homemade Cordial
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Sugar syrup
- 20ml Aquafaba
- Top up Ayala Champagne
Carrot & Sea Buckthorn Cordial
- 700ml fresh carrot juice
- 400ml Sea Buckthorn Juice
- 200ml Sugar Syrup
- 100ml Lemon Juice
Method for the Carrot & Sea Buckthorn Cordial
1. Add all the ingredients to a pan and let it steamer for 5 to 10 minutes without boiling
2. Once cooked, strain into a bottle and keep it in the fridge.
1. Add all the ingredients into the shaker leaving only the Champagne out.
2. Shake vigorously and pour into a classic “Marie Antoinette” coupette style glass and top up with Ayala Champagne.
Garnish it with baby carrot.
